Return, Exchange & Shipping Policies
All sales are NON RETURNABLE. This means any item you purchase CAN NOT BE RETURNED. I hate to have to make this run but I've been burn too many times. There is no exception.
If you purchased an item and need a different size - no worries, I will help! I will exchange an item within 7 days of purchase/received.
All packages will ship USPS/UPS/FEDEX and tracking will be attached. Once a package is mailed I am no longer responsible for your package. I am not responsible for any lost/stole/damaged packages. I need to make that clear to everyone. I do not replace items that were lost/stole/damaged. You will have to file a claim with USPS/UPS/FEDEX. I will help you replace the item after you have filed and completed the claim. Again I hate to be this way but I have lost A LOT of money replacing items that were out of my control.
